Aly Bondurant

Hello readers! My name is Aly Bondurant and I am one of the editors for this blog. I am currently a sophomore at Ball State University and I’m majoring in marketing and minoring in sociology and spanish. Originally, I am from Geneva, Illinois, so going to school in Indiana has not been too much of a change in the fact that the weather is pretty similar to what I was used to at home.

So that you can understand me a little better I’d like to share with you all some of my interests. Some of my favorite things to do are to go out with friends and family, listen to music, be active, explore new places, and try new things. In this past year I have had the opportunity of going to a lot of different concerts. Going to concerts is one of my favorite things to do because I love being surrounded by people who are singing along to their favorite artists. One of my other favorite things to do is to workout. My friends and I enjoy going to Zumba classes together, and this year we are planning on going to more yoga classes as well. I love being active, and for this reason I wear a lot of athletic clothing. This being leggings, running shorts, t-shirts, and gym shoes.

Being in college, my fashion sense has changed a lot. How I dress this year is even different from how I dressed last year. This year I have started to take more care in how I dress and look. My freshman year I primarily wore comfy clothes which consisted of a lot of t-shirts, running shorts, leggings, sweatshirts, and gym shoes. Now I am in my sophomore year and I have become more interested in keeping up with the trends and I care more about how I look. This year, though I still have some days where all I want to wear is a t-shirt and running shorts, I also have days where I dress up a little more than usual.

Now that you know a little bit about who I am and what I enjoy doing, I’d like to share with you some of my favorite stores/websites to get clothes from. A little bit more about me, I love to buy things when they are on sale and I am getting a good deal. With this in mind, some of my favorite stores are H&M, Marshalls and Old Navy. These stores are constantly offering great sales and they sell some quality clothes. My favorite store to shop at right now is H&M because they sell all the basics that you need at a reasonable price.

In terms of my favorite websites, I enjoy shopping from SHEIN, and American Eagle/Aerie online. Like I said earlier I enjoy shopping the sales so I primarily shop from the clearance section of these websites and it always entices me when I can get free shipping. American Eagle/Aerie has very comfortable fabric and Aerie offers some amazing leggings and other comfy clothes. When I shop from SHEIN I look for graphic tees and cute dress shirts that are on sale.
